Job Description


Profile Description -

• Managing large amounts of Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner.

• Identify Customers- needs and delivering Voice Service to the customers on Insurance related queries and complaints.

• Delivering of excellent Quality service to customers to achieve total Customer Satisfaction.

• Customer Focus and Adaptability to different personality types.

• Meeting standard Call Centre KPIs - Quality, Call Volume, First Call resolutions etc.

Professional Skills -

• Excellent command on English and Hindi must.

• Previous Experience in a Customer Support Role / Knowledge or Exposure to Insurance Industry is an added advantage.

• Strong Phone and Verbal Communication Skills along with active listening.

• Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel.

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
