Customer Service - Noida
Profile Description -
The Incumbent will be responsible for -
• Responding to customer queries related to health insurance claims, policy etc. through calls.inbound process you will receive call by customers and solve their queries.
• Providing resolution to customers' complaints & grievances
• Maintaining the AHT for the process
• No target - No Sales So no Incentive.
Candidate should have the following -
• Basic knowledge of Health Insurance
• Should have good communication skills- Both English and Hindi
• Should be a graduate at-least or final year result awaited or final year persuing.
• Experience in voice process preferred
• Knowledge of any regional language would be an advantage.
• Freshers r Experienced , both can apply.
• Total opening - 30
• Shift Timing : Rotational (Day and Night)
Other Details -
• Roaster Off will be there. (No fixed off)(6 days working)
• No MTI Issue.
