- Ensure website experience and visibility through SEO, SEM, ORM etc.
- Plan annual, quarterly and monthly digital marketing and new media strategy and ensure smooth execution of the same for maximum business impact. This includes Google, Facebook and Affiliates
- Responsible for influencing key stakeholders (Primary - active and passive seekers, Secondary - investors, employees) on the online and new media spaces
- Partner with communications team for driving strategy around effective use of available social channels
- Create / design online communications (e-mailer / web banners / pop-ups etc.)
- Work with website content manager to manage all content updates and establish a structured editorial calendar of the content including news feeds and links to group’s social media platforms
- Monitor / analyze online response & submit report to the management on the effectiveness of campaigns and activities
- Report on site analytics with action-oriented customer and market insights and follow-ups
- Growth Hacking to drive new users acquisition
Requirement:
- Proven work experience as head of digital function across consumer product categories, like Travel, Hospitality, Automobiles, FMCG etc.
- Experience with online marketing and web based technologies
- Proven track record in managing performance campaigns, branding initiatives, innovative content strategies across digital media platforms
- In-depth knowledge of analytics tools - Appsflyer and CleverTap
- Entrepreneurial mind-set to set something which would become the trend-setter for real estate industry
- Strong leadership and inter-personal skills to help drive the new wave of online and digital growth within the organization and also with the clients
- Strong quantitative & analytical skills to help use digital technologies as a backbone for building organization intelligence and information
