Job Description

  • Location: Across India
Department : Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (MACT) Legal

Description :

• Handling approximately Motor Accident Claims collectively filed before various District Courts and MACT courts and High Courts situated in Chennai  region.

• Handling approximately Consumer Matters collectively filed before various Consumer Courts District & State Commission situated in Chennai  region.

• Review of Investigator, maintain TAT and Quality of Investigation Report.

• Review of  Advocates , giving suggestion and recent update on case laws assuring positive result in favor of Company.

• Participating in Lok - Adalat, Conciliation, Mediation and organizing out of court  settlement process.

• Vetting and authenticate of Plaints, Complaints, Written Statement, Counter Affidavits etc, before various courts.

• Leading evidence before the Tribunals / District courts on behalf of company, if  any legal issue is involved in the particular claim.

• Dealing with Local Police stations on various issues.
