Trainer – Sewing Machine Operator – Knits(Apparel)

Job Description

  • Location: Lakhisarai
Skills Required -

• Basic Knowledge about computer i.e. MS office and Internet
• Training Delivery Skill
• Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy level
• Self-motivated; ability to organize, analyse and meet operational deadlines
• Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
• Prepare & develop training content as per requirement
• Training Data, MIS & Documentation

Key responsibilities -

• Training the candidates for job role of ‘Sewing Machine Operator - Knits’ in:
• Importance of hygiene, grooming & positive body language
• Different types of machines used & Setting up different machines
• Types of knit fabrics and their handling methods
• Fabric defects like holes, stains, broken end, streaks, etc.
• Needle types, bobbin winding, machine control, work aids, etc.
• Material/thread matching as per specifications
• Basic sewing machine maintenance
• Health & Safety at the workplace
